Day 8 Be Mine
Hearts and flowers. What more could a Valentine want? I’m afraid I might be experiencing a little after Christmas let down. It’s always much more fun to decorate for Christmas than to un-decorate. I spent the good part of yesterday cleaning and boxing up things, and I’m still not done. I’m anxious for another holiday, so Valentine hearts are a welcome sight!

Just couldn’t wait for December to change my header. It’s putting me in the holiday mood! How are your Christmas preparations coming along?
Home for the Holidays
I came home from Las Vegas and was greeted by 30 degree weather and snow on the ground ! I wasn’t expecting that. if it was December, I might have welcomed it. I better get used to it. Time to break out the gloves and scarves. This little painting illustrates how nice it is to be home–no matter the weather.

It will be here sooner than you think! I find I enjoy drawing and decorating words. This seasonal pic reminds us that it’s not too early to get a jump on preparations. If I could paint something I could use in a Christmas card, I’d be way ahead of the game. I’ll keep painting and sooner or later I will come up with something that I really like.
