I was going through my quilting stash and found this Halloween panel that I must have bought years ago. It was time to make something from it, so I added some 5″ charm pack squares to the sides and some of my favorite Halloween fabric for the top and bottom borders. I think it will fit nicely on my classroom door.

I think the kids will like it. Now I’ll have to make one for every holiday! Stay tuned.
I added these two paintings to my Etsy shop today. Don’t forget the 20% off sale in my shop ENDS TODAY. So if you are interested in something, now would be the time to make your purchase. Besides, it’s CyberMonday. That’s what you are supposed to do!
Today is warm! In the 40’s. Time to get those outdoor Christmas lights up before it gets freezing cold again. Every year I wait too long and then freeze my fingers off putting them up. I LOVE Christmas lights in my yard. No one else in my family seems to care. I guess that’s why I end up doing all the work!
I’m still working to get several quilts finished and out the door in the next several days. I’ve been working on some real beauties that I will show more pictures of soon, but here’s a little sneak peak:
I had fun creating these two little paintings. Though I’m noticing now that my reindeer and the lamb might be in the same family. The facial resemblance is quite striking! Oh well, it’s supposed to be naive, folk art. These are not photographs!
I’ve also added both of these, with a few others to my Etsy shop today. Remember I’m offering 20% off through Monday. This is a one time opportunity and won’t be repeated. All of my paintings are one of a kind, so shop soon so you don’t miss out.
