Day 30: Winter Bird

I do get cardinals in my backyard quite often, but I’ll admit I’ve never seen one like this!

That’s a beautiful cardinal. I wish we had cardinals as pretty as yours in the UK!

It is fun to see them. It’s the males that are the bright red. I think it is the state bird of Illinois. I never saw them either until I moved here.
