Patterns

I was taken in by several patterns I saw in China. Many were in the sidewalks and rock “art” in the pathways in parks. The quilter/artist in me had to snap a few pictures.

Peoples’s Park, Shanghai

It looks like each of these white stones were hand placed.

Humble Administrator’s Garden in Suzhou

It’s obvious that beauty was of foremost importance in the attention to detail. I was quite impressed.
