I do know how to play the guitar and I’ve even given a few lessons. But I must admit I haven’t picked one up for ages. I do believe that singing while playing guitar is one of life’s wonderful pleasures. So why don’t I strum the strings more often? I have no good answer for that. When we are busy, even “fun” things get put off. Sad.

Thanks, Georgia. The sun was out here just a minute ago. Hope it comes out of the clouds soon. I do have a full day of quilting ahead, but I do like the sunshine through the window!

Love, love, love this!!! Just showed it to Sarah…she loves it too. She plays guitar, banjo and ukelele… and I used to play the guitar and sing… we even wrote songs recorded on CDs…brings back lots of good memories.
