I must admit, I don’t look forward to cold, snow and ice. Winter in Chicago is NOT my favorite season. And even though it’s over a month away on the calendar, it has been rearing it’s ugly head this week. Burrrr! This little painting helps me grin and bear it. I can fool myself into thinking winter is cute and fun!
That’s some swirly snow! Love your paintings

Yes, FUN! At least so far I’m trying to have a good attitude. 😉

That’s a good idea. It usually works for me through December and then…….

Really? In Iowa? Our winter here isn’t over until April at least! Then we have about 2 weeks of Spring and then it’s hot muggy Summer. Even though I have lived here for 35 years, the weather is still a sticking point for me.

It’s the attitude thing, really. It’s the only way I make it through. I keep telling myself (from about NOW on) that it’s almost over. 🙂

You are right. A positive attitude is very much needed. And I must admit the snow can be quite beautiful.
