Acorn Block

I’m painting some small (4″ x 4″) boards to sell at our guild’s quilt show coming up this month.  Image

I think it looks cute on this tiny wooden easel which I plan to include.

What do you think would be a good price?  I’ve never sold any of my paintings before.

    • Thanks, Marilyn. I really appreciate your input. I guess I need to decide if I would be very disappointed if nothing sold at a higher price. I probably need to get a few sales under my belt before I’ll have confidence in pricing.

      • Good thinking! I will be interested in how it goes! One year, back before recorded history began, I did the Park City Art Festival with 8×10 inch Silk screen prints that I sold framed and matted for $25. I was delighted that they all sold until I discovered that I did not have enough $$$ to pay for the frames….even though I had cut the mattes myself, painted the frames, and assembled them….

  1. I really hadn’t thought about it yet. I have no idea how much it would cost. I guess I would if you were willing to pay shipping. I think I will price the 4″ x 4″ with mini easel for $22 US.
Do you want me to look into it? Is the “Acorn Block” (4″ by 4″) the one you are interested in?
