I often quilt embroidered quilt tops and quite enjoy it.  This quilt is from Maureen–she pieced it and her aunt did the stitching on the blocks.  It’s king sized.  I quilted some daisies in the background of each block.

I also tried my version of Lori’s (The Inbox Jaunt) Fabulous Flower pattern in the yellow outer border. I liked the motif so much that I wanted it to really show so I used bright purple thread on the solid yellow. Yeah, you can’t miss it!
