I’m having so much fun coming up with something to paint every day. The inspiration for this came from a book on quilt history I got for Christmas. I love applique, but I’d much rather paint it than stitch it.

They are each wonderful! A few years ago, during these bleak, cold winter days I did quite a few Artist’s Trading Cards. I think I should be doing sometining not so involved…. Something that gets me to the studio, but takes less hours….. Thank you for your inspiration!

I like things that are fast so I can get immediate results. That’s probably why I have dozens of unfinished quilts laying around!
